1. Products are delivered from storage at the expense and risk of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. For delivery, Xaro determines the choice of transport method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Delivery will only take place where transport vehicles can reasonably access. The customer is obliged to accept the products there and unload them immediately. If the customer fails to do so, any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

4. If delivery occurs in multiple parts, each individual delivery will be considered a separate transaction, with all legal consequences thereof.

5. If deliveries cannot take place, cannot take place on time, or cannot take place properly due to causes beyond Xaro's fault, Xaro reserves the right to dissolve the agreement with the customer, without this leading to any liability for damages on Xaro's part.

6. Returns will not be accepted without Xaro's express written consent.
